Her journey began at just eighteen, when she assumed the unexpected responsibility of raising her four younger siblings after the passing of her mother. What began as a season of survival became the foundation of her leadership, teaching her resilience, stewardship, and the discipline to build structure out of chaos.

In 2015, Robin entered the real estate industry with a determination to create the financial stability she once fought to maintain. Over the years, she expanded her expertise across residential and commercial sales, mortgage lending, investment strategy, and construction management. Her hands-on experience as an investor, including overcoming the challenges of a failed project and rebuilding from the ground up, gave her a rare depth of insight into the full life cycle of property ownership.

That experience became the turning point that shaped her mission: to teach others that ownership is not just acquisition, it is assignment.

Today, through her companies Tocowa Rebuilt and Invest With Vision, Robin equips visionaries, families, and investors to approach real estate as both a wealth strategy and a generational system. Her work focuses on restoring communities, building financial literacy, and designing frameworks for sustainable, transferable legacy.
